- Dangerous Goods Surcharge (DGS), is charged to us by the freight companies for the transport of Dangerous Goods.
- Some local consignments for small amounts of Dangerous Goods may be exempt from DGS.
- It is a charge of $ 20+ GST, and is only incurred once per consignement, eg 1 tin of Tenax is subject to the same DGS as 1 pallet.
- Dangerous Goods must be shipped by roadfreight only, and as a result we cannot ship these products to certain destinations.
- The charge is applied to any Dangerous Goods sent out of our office, and does not apply to pickups.
