IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION
RELATING TO DIAMOND BLADE
USE |
 |

- Use the correct diamond blade
specification and proper saw for material to be cut.
-
If in doubt,
please ask us for advice.
-
Use of the
wrong type of blade may cause premature wear, or low cutting
performance.

Inspect the diamond blade for damage before
mounting on saw.
Check the saw
for proper and safe operating conditions.

Be sure the
diamond blade is mounted on correct diameter shaft, with arrow in the
proper direction and the blade flange is securely tightened with wrench.
Always wear
proper safety equipment: safety glasses, protective clothing, safety
footgear and respiratory equipment where required.
Inspect the
diamond blade periodically during use for fatigue cracks, segment damage,
core flatness, arbor hole damage and undercutting.

-
Don't use the
sides of the diamond blade for grinding.
-
To avoid
overheating, don't make long continuous cuts with dry diamond blades.
-
Allow
the diamond blade to cool by running it in the air freely every few
minutes.
